MVECA POLICY STATEMENTS
ADOPTED AT SEPTEMBER 2008 BOARD MEETING

 

Condo Association Parking Pads

 MVECA parking provisions include the unit garages with unit driveways designated for the exclusive use of the unit owners, and parking pads that provide 14 parking slots designated for the general use of association unit owners and their guests. 

 

The common drive is not designated for parking, but for the safe and open passage of vehicles to and from the unit driveways and the common parking pads.

 

The parking pads are not to be used for vehicle storage.  As a general rule, vehicles should not remain parked on a pad for a period of time longer than 72 consecutive hours.  If a unit owner has occasional need to leave a vehicle for a longer time, the unit owner must notify the Board of the situation.  

 

Outside Alterations, Improvements, Modifications

 It shall be the policy of the MVECA that any and all alterations, improvements or modifications to commonly owned outside portions of MVECA property must be approved by the MVECA Board.  Unit owners wanting to alter such commonly owned property must submit a written proposal that fully details all plans for alteration to the MVECA Board for approval. 

 

The standard for Board approval is matching the style, materials and quality established by the original buildings. 

 

Work on the proposed project shall not commence prior to obtaining MVECA Board approval.

EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2018 ASSOCIATION DUES ARE $150.00
Your Dues pay for insurance on the commonly owned property, lawn maintenence, snow removal, limited repair and maintenence of commonly owned property
